Training Department
The right training allows an individual, regardless of his or her housing status, to be an active, working citizen, who contributes to make her/himself, her/his environment, and those connected with it, better.
The opportunity to receive the right training for jobs companies need is the difference between getting a job with a future and being constantly rejected in interview due to outdated skills and an overall disconnect with the professional world.
On our journey to ending homelessness and situational poverty, we focus on helping homeless people get the right training, so they can be competitive business professionals.
According to McKinsey, who analyzed the 25 most common skills, demand for technological, social and emotional, and higher cognitive skills will rise by 2030, which is why #HomelessEntrepreneur promotes them in our training programs.
Our department’s goal is for the homeless people, who go through our programs, to thrive instead of just survive.
