What is the purpose for which the personal data is processed?

We do process all the information and personal data provided by the users with the purpose of attending all the requests sent through our website and keeping them up to date as regards our activity.  

How long will we keep your personal data?

Your data will be stored as long as you do not request its erasure.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?

The legal basis for the processing of the personal data is your consent. It will be necessary that the user fill in the fields marked as “mandatory” in the website’s contact form. Should the user fails to complete or partially complete the requested personal data, Homeless Entrepreneur may not be able to attend the user’s request and, accordingly, Homeless Entrepreneur will be exempt from any liability for the non-provision or incomplete provision of the services requested. The user will be liable of the truthfulness of the data provided and Homeless Entrepreneur will be entitled to exclude from the services requested any user that has provided false data, notwithstanding any other action that may legally proceed.     

Will your data be communicated?

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without previous consent.

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?  

The user will be able to exercise the right of access to his/her personal data. On the other hand, he/she will have the possibility to request, at any time, the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its erasure when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes according to which it was collected. Users can request the restriction, the portability and/or the opposition of the processing of their personal data, in accordance to what the applicable law sets forth. In addition the user has the right to revoke his/her consent at any time. The user may exercise the rights referred above, under the terms and conditions set forth by the current legislation by and email addressed to funk@homelessentrepreneur.org. 

What security measures are implemented as regards my personal data? 

Homeless Entrepreneur has implemented appropriated technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the personal data and to prevent any alteration, loss, unauthorized access and/or processing, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the stored personal data and the risks to which it is exposed, whether they arise from human actions or from the physical or natural environment, all of the above in accordance to the provisions set forth by law.
