Definition of a Field Volunteer: A person who volunteers his or her time and knowledge to contribute to Homeless Entrepreneur’s field activities in person.

Types of Field Volunteers:

  • Raising Awareness/Content Creation: Journalist, Photographer and Videographer.

  • Building Community: Promotor, Partnership Managers, and Local Guide.

  • Raising Funds: Fundraiser.

  • Research: Data collector & field researcher.

General Field Volunteer Goals:

  • Raising Awareness/Content Creation: Create original content that drives new and current audiences to our organization via web page, email, telephone or social media, so we can raise the awareness of our main programs and projects to speed up the process of ending homelessness for our program beneficiaries while attracting new homeless beneficiaries we can support.

  • Building Community: Connect with the local community, companies and tourists during the field activity that contacts our organization via web page, email, telephone or social media, so we can build our community of homeless beneficiaries, corporate and individual donors, interns, partners, pro bono support, sponsors and volunteers.

  • Raising Funds: Increase economic resources for our main programs and projects via specific donorbox links or bank transfers to reduce the cost of ending homelessness while increasing the scope and reach of our work.

  • Research: Generate measurable and testable data during the field activity, which can be used to improve the description, prediction, explanation and application of our main programs and projects to empower people made of potential out of homelessness.
