Planning and Defining Scope

Resource & Activity Planning and Sequencing

Developing Schedules and Time & Cost Estimating

Developing a Budget, Documentation & Creating Charts and Schedules

Risk Analysis & Managing Risks and Issues

Monitoring and Reporting Progress

Business Partnering & Working with Vendors

Scalability Analysis

Controlling Quality & Benefits Realisation

Weekly meeting with Communication & relevant Department Manager

Main Objectives

1. Develop and manage the specified project, aligning it to organization goals.

2. Evaluate the reached impact and deliver reports.

Requirements

Basic Training. ADE, economics, finances, engineering, other professional careers.

Experience. Four years or more in project management, desirable in social impact projects.

Competences. Analytical capacity, organization and planning, effective communication.

Skills. Preparation and evaluation of projects, management of indicators.

Desirable. Tools for project management (Ms Project, Agile Methodologies, PMI or related).

Interests. Desirable experience in volunteering with social risk groups or similar.

RRSS. LinkedIn, Blogs or others (desirable).

Languages. Spanish, English, others
